Many people don't realize that Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD) is the root cause of the pain, suffering, obsession and rumination after narcissistic abuse.  The Symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder are the same as the symptoms of Narcissistic Abuse Syndrome.  Narcissists can do a lot of damage in the relationship that is felt more after the relationship has ended.  

Recovery from narcissistic abuse needs to tackle recovery from PTSD.   

Hypnotherapy is effectively being used to treat Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD.)  In this video Kaleah LaRoche talks about her experience as a specialist in narcissistic abuse recovery treating the PTSD with hypnosis and the other tools and methods she uses to treat the painful symptoms of narcissistic abuse and PTSD.

Some people have it wrong when they talk about an empath and a super empath.  They are talking about toxic empathy or the dark side of empathy and they are also talking about empathy as a super power.  Being an empath doesn't mean you are a toxic empath, a super empath or a codependent.  It simply means you are a highly sensitive personality to has high levels of empathy and/or insight into the feelings and emotions of others. 

You can be an empath and be codependent, and you can also be such an emotional sponge for the toxic emotions of others that you do yourself damage.  So it is important to have an understanding of empathy and how it shows up in your life.

Every dysfunctional family splits into various roles such as the hero or golden child, the scapegoat, the invisible or lost child, and the caretaker. Although there can be crossover and you may identify with more than one role, I am doing a deep dive into the Emotionally Sensitive person.

What happens to an emotionally sensitive child in a dysfunctional family? What about a family with narcissism? In this podcast I am going to bring to light the value of being emotionally or energetically sensitive and how this role can actually be instrumental in the awakening of humanity.

We all have a story about what happened with the narcissist in our life and the damage and destruction that was done. Or we have some other kind of story that keeps us stuck in rumination, obsession and victimhood.

In this podcast, Kaleah talks about the importance of both acknowledging our stories, talking about what happened with a compassionate listener and then creating a new story. This gives the subconscious mind a blueprint on where to take you in your life.
